Postal shipping of goods has been suspended temporarily while postal services are implementing collection of the recently introduced tariffs. It is unknown when service will be back.
Meanwhile, orders with U.S. shipping address have to be be cancelled.

If you are in EU and wish to make the payment via direct SEPA transaction, please contact shop@nanoloop.com with the type and number of items you would like to purchase and a shipping address.
Shipping is 6.50 € per order to all destinations (for multiple items per order, click "continue shopping" when forwarded to PayPal).
Orders are sent worldwide as registered, trackable airmail letter.
Products that are in stock typically get dispatched within two days, unless noted otherwise.
Typical shipping times are 1-10 days within Europe and 7-14 days for overseas destinations.
For orders from within EU, the amount includes VAT. If you are outside EU, you are responsible for paying tax and/or customs if these apply.
You may declare the revocation of your contractual statement in text form (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the merchandise within a period of four weeks. The revocation does not have to contain any reason. We will forward this revocation instruction to you again in text form. The revocation period commences the day following the receipt of merchandise and this revocation instruction in text form. The time-limit shall be deemed to be observed by the timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the return shipment.
